Lebanon adopts new mobile phones compliance measures through inMobiles’ MIRS Platform

Lebanon’s telecommunication operators have followed cellular smartphone compliance measures of the inMobiles MIRS (Mobile Identity Registration System) platform set out in Ministry of Telecommunications rules.
